Where do I find the redirect URI to give my identity provider?
Open Settings and choose Single sign-on. The Redirect URI field is already filled in with Cyberlop's callback address. Copy it exactly and add it to the redirect URIs of the app you made in your identity provider.
Steps
You do not type anything into this field. Cyberlop fills it in for you.
STEPSGood to know
The tab tells you to add this exact URI to your identity provider app's redirect URIs. Exact means exact. A missing slash, an extra space or a different scheme can make the sign-in fail with a redirect error on the provider's side.
The address ends with a callback path. Copy all of it. Do not shorten it to the site name.
Do this before you click through a first sign-in test. Your provider checks the redirect address before it hands back a code, so a missing entry stops the flow at the very start.
Once the provider knows the address, return to Cyberlop and complete the Issuer URL, Client ID and Client secret. The full walk-through is in how to set up single sign-on.
Still seeing a redirect error? Compare the address in your provider with the field, character by character. If it matches and the error stays, write to us on the contact page.
Some providers let you list several redirect URIs for one app. If you test in more than one workspace, add each address on its own line and keep a note of which belongs where. Never reuse one app across workspaces if you can avoid it, because a mix-up is hard to spot later.
