What does Fix rate mean in the Remediation card?

Quick answer

Fix rate is the percentage in the Remediation card, shown beside the counts of Open, Fixed, Regressed and False positives. It tells you how much of your issue list has been fixed. A workspace with 1 fixed and 135 open issues showed 1%.

The short version

The Remediation card is a progress report on fixing. It shows four counts and one percentage. The percentage is the Fix rate. A low number means most findings are still open. A high number means most have been dealt with.

How it works in Cyberlop

LineMeaning
OpenIssues still waiting for a fix
FixedIssues marked Fixed
RegressedIssues that came back after being fixed
False positivesIssues you marked as not real
Fix rateThe share of issues fixed, as a percentage

The app does not print the exact formula on the page. For a sense of scale, a workspace with 1 fixed issue and 135 open ones showed a Fix rate of 1%.

Issues move between lines in three ways:

  • A re-scan that no longer detects an issue marks it Fixed.
  • If the issue returns, it becomes a Regression, not a fresh finding.
  • You can set the disposition yourself to Fixed, False Positive or Accepted Risk in the issue dialog.

What to do next

  1. Open Issues and use the triage chips to see what is still New.
  2. Fix the code, then re-scan the target so the issue can be marked Fixed.
  3. Review any Regressed issues first. They show a fix that did not hold.

Treat the percentage as a trend, not a score. A young workspace will always start low because most findings are new, and the figure rises only as you fix issues and re-scan so that the app can confirm each fix.
