What is a Support Session entry in the activity feed?
A Support Session entry records that Cyberlop support staff worked in your workspace. Session Start lists an Until time and a Reason that names a ticket. Session End marks the close. The Security page says support access happens only on request.
The short version
This entry is a record, not a request for you to act. It shows that a member of Cyberlop support worked in your workspace for a set time. It comes in two rows, a start and an end.
How it works in Cyberlop
The actor on these rows reads "support name · email" instead of one of your own users. That makes support work easy to tell apart from your team's work.
| Row | Chips | Meaning |
|---|---|---|
| Session Start · Support Session | Until, Reason | Support access began, with an end time and a ticket number |
| Session End · Support Session | EndedFrom | The session closed, and the chip says where it was closed from |
Behind these rows sits a rule from the Security page. There is no human access to your source code in normal operation, and support access happens only on request. A session therefore lines up with a ticket that you or a colleague raised.
What to do next
- Match the Reason ticket number to a request your team sent.
- Check that the end row follows the start row, and that its time falls on or before the Until time.
- Search the feed for Support Session to see all sessions together.
That quick check takes a minute, and it tells you whether the access was something your own team asked for or something you should raise with us.
If a session does not match any request, write to us at once through the contact page and quote the short ID and time. For wider context on who can see these rows, read who can see which entries.
