The activity feed shows different amounts to different people. Administrators see actions across the whole organisation. Leads of a team see that team's actions. Others see only their own. Your role decides which tier you get, so two people can see different rows on one page.
The short version
The feed shows three amounts of history. Administrators get the whole organisation. Team leads get their team. Everyone else gets only what they did themselves.
| Tier | Who gets it | What you see |
|---|---|---|
| Organisation-wide | Administrators | Actions from the whole organisation |
| Team-scoped | Team leads | Actions from the team |
| Own actions | Everyone else | Only your own actions |
How it works in Cyberlop
The Security page describes these tiers, and the API Reference says the activity feed is "visibility tiered by role". The page subtitle reads "Recent actions across your scope", so the word scope is the key. Two people can open the same page and see different rows, even at the same minute.
Permission keys named activity:read, activity:read_team and activity:read_all appear in the custom role example, which fits the three tiers. Check the exact mapping with your admin.
The tiers cover the feed. A separate audit log exists for the audit:read permission, and the API Reference says it is scoped to the caller in the same way, so it follows the same rule of showing less to people with less reach.
What to do next
- If rows seem missing, you are probably on a narrower tier. Read why you cannot see other people's actions.
- If you need a wider view, ask an admin to change your role or team.
- For the basics of the page, see how to view the activity feed.
Limiting what each person sees follows need to know.
