Find the workspace name at the top left of the header on any page. A workspace is your organisation's private space, with its own users, roles, targets, scans and findings. Settings → Organization shows the company name.
Steps
- Open any page in Cyberlop.
- Look at the top left of the header, next to the logo. The workspace name is there.
- Glance at the right side of the header too. Your email and role badge name the account in use.
- To see the company name, open Settings and choose the Organization section.
Good to know
- Each organisation is a separate workspace. It has its own users, roles, targets, scans and findings, in a private database schema.
- Workspaces share nothing at all, which means a target you add here will never appear in another workspace, even one that belongs to the same company.
- Use the name in the header to confirm you are in the right place before you click + New target or Scan.
- The same section of Settings holds the retention period, the timezone used for schedules and the report logo.
Check the name each time you sign in, especially if you work with more than one organisation, such as an agency that tests apps for several clients. Ask your admin if you are unsure which account to use for which job.
This matters most for people who work with several clients or business units. You cannot move a target once you add it, since targets are immutable. You would need to delete it and create it again in the right workspace.
