How do I remove the organization's AI credential?

Quick answer

Go to Settings, open AI Provider and click Clear. The stored workspace credential is removed. Personal credentials on My Account stay in place. Check the status pill and the AI usage panel afterwards to see which source the next scan will use.

Steps

Plan the removal first. A scan that starts after you clear the credential cannot use it, and a run already in progress may stumble if it still depends on the old value. Pick a quiet moment.

STEPS

Good to know

Clear removes the workspace credential only. Anyone who saved a personal credential on My Account keeps it. That personal credential is used first for scans the person starts, so their scans may not change at all.

Your plan includes a monthly Cyberlop AI allowance. When it runs out, scans on Cyberlop AI pause until next month, and a key of your own keeps them going. Read what happens when the allowance is used up before you decide.

The Activity feed records changes to the AI provider. Your team can see who cleared the credential and when.

Do you only want a different key? Then you do not need to clear anything. Type the new secret into Replace credential and save. Leaving that field blank keeps the current value.

Clearing leaves your model choices alone. Each tier keeps the model you picked under AI Models. Use the restore steps if you want those back to default as well.

If a scan fails after the change, check the credential first. You can reach us on the contact page.

Before you clear anything, tell the people who start scans. A teammate who relies on the shared credential will see their next scan behave differently, and a short heads-up saves a support request. Anyone with the right permission can press Clear, so agree who owns this setting before an audit asks who changed it and why scans paused. Write the change down.

Finally, remember that removing a credential is not the same as revoking it at your provider. If the key may have leaked, revoke it there as well, because Cyberlop can only delete its own stored copy.
