I lost the agent enrollment token. Can I get it again?

Quick answer

No. The one-time enrollment token appears only once, so Cyberlop cannot show it a second time. Add a new agent to get a fresh token and command, then remove the old one. An agent that is already online no longer needs the token.

Why this happens

The app shows the enrollment token once, when you add the agent, and keeps no copy that you can read. No screen can show it again, and the API returns it only when you register an agent.

How to fix it

  1. Already online? Then do nothing. It traded the token for a lasting key and no longer needs it.
  2. Does the agent still show pending, with the command lost? Then open Settings → Scan Agents to start over.
  3. Type a new name and click Add agent. Copy the new token and command straight away.
  4. Run the fresh command on a machine inside your network, as you would for any new agent. Wait for online.
  5. Remove the old pending agent so the list stays clear and nobody runs a stale command by mistake.

Removing an agent invalidates its key at once. Profiles that used it go back to the Cyberlop cloud, so open them and set the Scan location to the new agent.

Still not working?

Next time, copy the command straight into the machine that will run it. Treat it like a password, and do not paste it into chat or tickets.
