Open Recent Scans and read the Run by column. It shows the email of the person who started each run. Runs started by Cyberlop support staff show a support name followed by an email, so you can tell them apart.
Steps
Every row in Recent Scans names who started it, which helps when two people share a workspace.
- Go to Recent Scans. Choose it in the sidebar.
- Find the run. Search by target or profile if needed.
- Read Run by. The column shows the starter's email.
- Check Activity too. Open Activity for a Start · Scan entry.
- Check the trigger. Open the scan to see the Trigger badge.
Good to know
A support entry reads like support name · email. That is how support-staff runs are marked, so you can tell them from your own team's.
The Activity page is an audit-style feed. It records Start · Scan with the target, profile and trigger, and the commit for white-box runs. Search it by actor, action or entity.
The Trigger badge on a scan's detail page shows how the run began. Manual means someone pressed Scan. Scheduled or CI runs would show their own trigger.
Why it matters
Knowing who started a run helps when a scan uses up part of your plan allowance or runs a heavy profile at a busy time. The same name appears in the Activity feed, which keeps a record of starts, cancels and deletes. Runs from a schedule or from CI show their trigger on the detail page instead.
If a name you do not know appears, check Settings and the Activity feed before you assume anything. Teammates can start runs with their own accounts, and an admin can see every start in the audit-style feed. Ask them.
