Where can I see my plan limits and usage?

Quick answer

Open Settings and choose Plan & usage. The tab shows your plan card, users, targets, scans this month, scans at once, the Cyberlop AI allowance, included features and a billing table. Limits depend on your plan, and yours appears there.

Steps

  1. Click Settings in the sidebar.
  2. Pick Plan & usage. Its subtitle reads "Limits, usage, Cyberlop AI".
  3. Study the plan card at the top. It names your plan and says when access runs until and when usage resets. The reset time is in UTC.
  4. Check the usage rows below it.
  5. Scroll down for the AI allowance, the feature chips and the billing table.
RowWhat it tells you
UsersHow many people are in the workspace, against any user limit
TargetsTargets used against the limit, plus how many you added this month
Scans this monthScans run against the monthly limit
Scans at onceHow many scans can run side by side
Cyberlop AIThe included AI allowance and how much you used
Feature chipsFeatures your plan includes, such as single sign-on, internal scan agents, and API and CI tokens
BillingPlan and payment dates, plus a table of charges

Good to know

Read the tab once from top to bottom, because the plan card, the usage rows and the billing table each answer a different question and none repeats the others. Because limits depend on your plan, only this tab can tell you yours. Bars fill as you use a limit. The Targets row also tells you how many targets you added this month, since that count has a limit too.

Anyone with settings:read can open Settings. Changing the plan is not a click in the app. The page says to contact your Cyberlop account manager, and changing your plan explains the route.

For single numbers, see how many scans you used this month and how much of the AI allowance you used. Prices for new plans sit on the pricing page.
