How do I change my plan?

Quick answer

You cannot change your plan inside the app. Plan & usage says to contact your Cyberlop account manager. Check your current limits there first, note what you need, and then contact us. Your plan details and limits appear on that tab.

Steps

  1. Click Settings and open Plan & usage.
  2. Read the plan card. It shows the plan name and says when access runs until.
  3. Check the rows for Users, Targets, Scans this month, Scans at once and Cyberlop AI.
  4. Note which limit slows you down and by how much.
  5. Contact your Cyberlop account manager. If you do not have one, use the contact page.

Good to know

The tab says it plainly: "To change your plan, contact your Cyberlop account manager." There is no upgrade button, and no step in the app that moves you to another plan.

Come with facts. A short note helps us answer quickly.

Which limit blocks youTargets, scans, users or the AI allowance
How often it happensOnce, or every month
What you plan to runMore apps, more scans, or a bigger team

You can read what each plan offers on the pricing page. Limits and prices differ by plan, so we do not quote them here. Billing questions go to the billing contact.

If the AI allowance is the only thing in your way, you may not need a new plan. Connecting your own key keeps scans going, and how to use your own AI key shows how. For a tour of the tab itself, read where to see plan limits and usage.
