Where can I see my billing history and invoices?

Quick answer

Open Settings, choose Plan & usage and scroll to Billing. A table lists each charge with its date, description, amount and invoice. Prices are in US dollars, and customers invoiced in India pay 18% GST on top. For anything missing, email hello@cyberlop.com.

Steps

  1. Click Settings in the sidebar.
  2. Open Plan & usage.
  3. Scroll past the usage rows and the feature chips to Billing.
  4. Read the line under the heading. It names your plan, how many apps it covers and the date it is paid through.
  5. Use the table to find a charge, whether you are checking a payment for your finance team or chasing a missing invoice. Match it by Date and Description, then look in the Invoice column.

Good to know

ColumnWhat it shows
DateThe day of the charge
DescriptionWhat it was for, such as your plan
AmountThe charge in US dollars
InvoiceThe invoice for that charge; our capture showed a dash in one row

An Invoice cell can show a dash. We captured a row that did so, and the capture does not say why. If you need the document for that charge, email hello@cyberlop.com with the date and amount.

All prices are in US dollars. Customers invoiced in India pay 18% GST on top of the listed amount, so a total on your invoice can look higher than the plan price you remember, and that gap is tax rather than an error.

Billing sits inside Settings, so check who in your team holds a role that can open it. Read custom role permissions to see how keys map to areas.

For questions about a charge, see who to contact about billing. To change what you pay, read how to change your plan. To see your limits next to the bill, start from where to see plan limits and usage.
