Name the organisation and the date in your first email. It saves a round trip. Say which charge you mean by quoting the Date, the Description and the Amount exactly as the table shows them. Add the email address of the person who needs the invoice, if it differs from yours.
Never put passwords, tokens or AI keys in an email. We do not need them to look at a charge.
Prices are in US dollars. Customers invoiced in India pay 18% GST on top of the listed amount, so a total can look higher than the plan price.
Not a billing question? Use the contact page for anything else, whether that is a product question, a problem with a scan or a request for help with set-up. To read your charges before you write, see where to see billing history and invoices. For plan limits, see where to see plan limits and usage, and for upgrades see how to change your plan.
