How do I download the latest report for a target?
Go to Targets and click the document icon in the Actions column of the target's row. It downloads the PDF report for the latest completed scan. The icon appears only on targets that have at least one completed scan.
Steps
- Click Targets in the sidebar.
- Find the target. The search box matches name, URL or tag, which helps when the list is long.
- In the Actions column, click the document icon. It sits beside the Scan button.
- Your browser downloads the PDF. Open it or save it.
Good to know
This is the quickest route to a report. You do not need to open a scan first. It gives you the PDF for the target's latest completed scan, so a run that is still going, or one that failed, does not change which file you get.
| You see | It means |
|---|---|
| Document icon | The target has a completed scan |
| No document icon | No completed scan yet |
| A dash in Results | The target has never been scanned |
- This icon is the only way to get the latest report from this page, and it always points at the newest completed scan. For an older scan, open Recent Scans and use the Report action on that row.
- To choose what the PDF includes, open the scan and use Download report. It offers three modes.
- Reports carry your logo if one is set in Settings → Organization. Add it once and every PDF from every route shows it, which looks better when you forward a report to a customer or a manager.
Is the icon missing? Read why a target has no report icon. Two other routes exist. See how to download a scan PDF and reports from Recent Scans. See the PDF reports tutorial for more, or contact us.
