Open the scan from Recent Scans, click Download report in the top right, and pick one of three modes. Cyberlop then gives you a branded PDF with the scan details, an executive summary with the severity breakdown, and the findings. Recent Scans also has a Report link.
Steps
- Click Recent Scans in the sidebar.
- Click the row of the scan you want. Pick a Completed one, since only those offer a report link in the list.
- On the scan page, click Download report at the top, next to Refresh.
- Choose one of the three modes from the menu.
- Wait a moment for the PDF, then save it from your browser. Done.
Good to know
You get a branded PDF. It holds the scan details, an executive summary with the severity breakdown, and every finding the mode includes. The logo on it comes from Settings → Organization, so set that once and every report carries your brand.
| Mode | What it includes |
|---|---|
| Open issues only | Issues that are still open |
| Include fixed & accepted | Open issues plus fixed and accepted-risk ones |
| Fixed issues only | Only the issues marked fixed |
- A shortcut exists. On Recent Scans, the Report action on a completed row downloads that scan's PDF at once.
- The profile's minimum severity and confidence shape what the final report holds. If a count looks short, check Reporting on the profile.
- A failed scan can still hold findings, but the list offers no Report link on it, so open the scan page and try the menu there instead.
- No Download report button? You may lack the permission. Ask an admin.
