Why are my scans paused until next month?

Why this happens

Your plan includes a monthly allowance for Cyberlop AI. The card shows it as a bar with a figure such as "$x.xx of $25.00 used". When you use it all, the page tells you what follows: "scans on Cyberlop AI pause until next month."

Usage resets on the 1st of each month in UTC. The plan card also shows the date, for example "usage resets 1 Nov (UTC)". Nothing is broken. The allowance is spent, so scans that use it wait for the reset, while scans that run on your own key carry on as normal once you connect one, and your provider bills that use directly.

How to fix it

1. Open Settings and choose Plan & usage.
2. Find the Cyberlop AI section and confirm the bar is full.
3. Choose AI Provider. Pick a provider type and paste your API key into the credential field.
4. Press Save credential, then Verify.
5. Start the scan again. Usage on your own key shows as a separate line, billed by your provider.

Still not working?

• Check that the credential saved. The status pill should say "Scans use your organization’s own AI key."
• Your plan may also cap scans per month or scans at once. Both appear on the same Plan & usage tab.
• Plan changes go through your Cyberlop account manager. For billing questions, email hello@cyberlop.com.
