What is Cyberlop AI?

Quick answer

Cyberlop AI is the AI allowance included in your plan. Scans run on it without a key of your own, measured in dollars and reset monthly. When it runs out, scans on Cyberlop AI pause until next month unless you connect your own key.

The short version

This is the AI allowance that comes with your plan. Your scans use it without you setting up a key of your own, which makes it the quickest way to start. Cyberlop measures it in dollars and resets it each month.

How it works in Cyberlop

Each scan needs an AI model to read the code, plan the tests and write the report. You have two ways to supply one. Pick whichever suits you.

  • Cyberlop AI. Cyberlop supplies the AI, up to the monthly allowance on your plan.
  • Your own key. You add a credential from your AI provider under Settings → AI Provider, and your provider bills you for usage.

Find it on the Plan & usage tab. A Cyberlop AI block shows Included this month and a bar. A line beneath reads "$x.xx of model usage this month on your own key (billed by your provider)."

Once you have spent the whole allowance for the month, scans on Cyberlop AI pause until next month. The app tells you to connect your own key in AI Provider to keep going. The size depends on your plan, and the plan card in the same tab shows the date your usage resets, in UTC.

What to do next

Open Settings → Plan & usage to see how much you have left. To keep scanning past the limit, follow how to use your own AI key.

To change the size of the allowance, contact your Cyberlop account manager or write via the contact page.
