Go to Settings, open the Organization tab and paste your logo into Report logo as a base64 image data URI. PNG, JPEG, GIF and WebP are accepted. Remote links and SVG files are not. Click Save changes and the logo appears on reports you generate afterwards.
Steps
- Click Settings in the sidebar and stay on the Organization tab.
- Convert your logo to a base64 data URI. Any base64 image tool will do. The result starts with
data:image/png;base64,for a PNG. - Paste the full string into Report logo (optional). Include the start of the string, not just the long block of letters.
- Press Save changes to store it.
- Open a scan and use Download report to check the result.
Good to know
| Field | What to enter |
|---|---|
| Report logo (optional) | A base64 image data URI for a PNG, JPEG, GIF or WebP file. |
| Not allowed | A link to an image on the web, or an SVG file. |
Links and SVG are refused on purpose, because the report renderer would otherwise have to fetch them from a server, and the app does not allow that.
The logo appears on generated reports. It belongs to the whole organisation, so everyone in your workspace gets the same branding, and a small, simple image is easiest to handle because the whole data URI has to fit in one text box.
The same page holds your company name, data retention and the timezone for schedules. One click on Save changes stores all of them.
If the save does not work, read why a report logo will not save. To see what the finished file holds, read what is in the PDF report. For more on downloads, see the PDF reports tutorial. Still stuck? contact us.
