Why can't I pick a target when creating a schedule?
A schedule in Cyberlop runs a scan profile, so the dialog asks for a profile and has no target field. If your target has no profile yet, create one first. Then open Scheduled Scans, click + New schedule, pick the profile and set the frequency and start time.
Why this happens
In Cyberlop the chain runs target, then scan profile, then scan. The profile holds the scope, the login roles and the reporting rules. A schedule only decides when a profile runs. So the dialog says "Run a scan profile once or on a recurring cadence", and the only thing to pick is the profile.
How to fix it
- Open the target and look at its Scan profiles card. If it is empty, click + New profile and save one.
- Click Scheduled Scans in the sidebar, then + New schedule.
- Use the Scan profile picker. The profile already knows its target.
- Choose Once, Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly or Yearly, then set the start date and time.
- Leave Enabled ticked and click Create schedule.
If a target has more than one profile, pick the one you want. A common pattern is one profile for a full audit and another that focuses on a few vulnerability classes. Each profile can have its own schedule, so you can run a light check often and a full audit less often. Untick Enabled if you want to create the schedule now and switch it on later.
Still not working?
The start date and time you enter anchor the cadence, in the timezone you chose under Settings → Organization. If the picker shows no profiles at all, read why you cannot create a schedule. For the full flow, see how to create a recurring schedule. Still stuck? Use the contact page.
