How do I send scan notifications to my chat tool?
Create an incoming webhook in your chat tool, then open Settings, choose Notifications, paste the HTTPS URL and click Save webhook. When a scan finishes, Cyberlop posts the target name, finding counts and a link, never the findings themselves.
Steps
Until you save a URL, the status pill reads No webhook — notifications are off.
STEPSWhat Cyberlop posts
Once a scan ends, the message holds the target name, the finding counts and a link to the scan. It never includes the findings themselves. Only your organisation's scans are sent to this channel.
Good to know
The URL field hides what you type, like a password. Cyberlop stores the URL encrypted and never shows it again, so keep your own copy somewhere safe.
Treat the URL as a secret. Anyone who holds it can post into your channel. Make a new one if it leaks, and save the new one here.
Choose a channel that suits the audience. Each message holds counts and a link, so people with scan access can follow it to the detail, and everyone else sees only numbers.
The test button stays greyed out until a webhook exists. Read how to send a test message for that part. Want to know what the message contains? See what a chat notification contains. For anything else, use the contact page.
Plan who needs to see the channel. A short post with counts and a link is easy to skim, so it fits a shared engineering or security channel well. If several channels should hear about scans, ask on the contact page, because this tab holds a single webhook URL. Keep the channel tidy.
