What does "No webhook — notifications are off." mean?
It means you have not saved a chat webhook, so Cyberlop sends no chat notifications. It is a status label, not an error. Save an HTTPS incoming-webhook URL under Settings → Notifications and send a test message to turn alerts on.
Why this happens
The message is a status label, not an error, and it says so in plain words: no webhook, notifications off. It sits at the top of Settings → Notifications while you have no saved chat webhook. Cyberlop has nowhere to post, so chat notifications stay off.
Nothing has failed. Until someone connects a webhook, this is simply how the page looks, and your scans carry on as normal.
How to fix it
- Create an incoming webhook in your chat tool for the channel that should get the alerts.
- Go to Settings → Notifications.
- Paste the HTTPS URL into Webhook URL.
- Click Save webhook. The status label changes.
- Click Send test message and confirm it lands in the channel.
From then on, each finished scan posts a short message with the target name, the finding counts and a link to the scan. It never includes the findings themselves. Only your organisation's scans go to that channel.
Still not working?
Email alerts are a separate system. They work without a webhook, so the label does not affect them. Each person controls their own on the My Account page.
If the label stays the same after a save, reload the page and check the address was correct. See the webhook URL format, connecting a chat webhook and email notification settings. Or write to the contact page.
